Todderstaffe Hall Farm, Hardhorn with Newton, (152
acres) leased to Richard Watson.
Hill House Farm, Weeton with Preese, (60 acres), leased to
Betty Watson.
Fairsnape Hall, Bleasdale, (408 acres) in the possession of
Henry Parke's executors; also 300 sheep.
Blindhurst Farm, Bleasedale (147 acres), leased to William
Smith.
Frock Water Corn Mill, Bleasdale, along with Toll Mulcture
& Soken, leased to Thomas Sanderson, (aged 84) for his life.
Jepson's House, Bleasdale (18 acres), leased to Thomas
Sanderson, (aged 84) for his life.
Banks's Farm, Layton with Warbreck, about one mile from
Blackpool (9 acres) in the possession of Henry Banks, (aged about 58) for his life.
A cottage & gardens in Layton with Warbreck (16 perches) in
the possession of Edward Whiteside, (aged about 78) for his life.
Warbreck's, in Layton with Warbreck (4 acres) in the possession
of Edward Hull, for the life of William Butcher (aged about 64) and Margaret Hull, (aged about
68).
Several closes of land on Layton Hawes (about 41 acres) in the
possession of William Dixon and Robert Johnson for a term of four years.
Several closes of land on Layton Hawes (about 21 acres) in the
possession of John Miller for a term of one year.
Layton Hall, in Layton with Warbreck, about one mile from
Blackpool, including cottages, gardens, Bamber's Cottage and 194 acres of land in the
possession of Richard Gaulter, Mr Bailey, and others for a term of four years.
N.B. "This Extensive Estate is Tithe-Free, and upon the Green Crop System
(planting of nutrient-enriching clover in fallow period as part of crop
rotation system), it is supposed above 120 acres may be under the plough".
