TOP CUT OFF - This is how a Ribble bus looked after having its top deck cut off by the bridge crossing Rigby Road, Blackpool. No passengers were hurt but the conductor, Maurice Earnshaw, of Brown Street, Burnley, who was coming down the steps, suffered from slight concussion.
