Civic Sunday Parade, Lytham c1967. 

Amateur film footage of a Civic Sunday or St.George's Day Parade from Clifton Street to St.Cuthbert's Church, Lytham. I think J M Tavernor is the Mayor which would date the film to between May 1967 & May 1968. The parade includes an army band and representitives from the Police, Fire Service, Local Councillors, RAF Cadets? Boys Brigade, Girl Guides, Boy Scouts, Queen Mary School & King Edward VIII School.
